You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You have authority to use any content, brand, name, image, music, artwork, logo, ticketing information, or other material that you upload.
• Your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities.

Where the Platform is used on behalf of an organisation, artist, business, event, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

Certain Platform features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your account information up to date.
• All activity conducted through your account.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not share your account credentials in a manner that compromises the security of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse, or a security risk.

The Platform allows users to create publicly accessible digital pages and links.

You are solely responsible for the information, content, offers, events, links, products, music, media, and other material published through your pages.

You must ensure that all information published on your page is:

• Accurate and not misleading.
• Lawful.
• Not defamatory.
• Not fraudulent.
• Not infringing on another person’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Appropriate for the intended audience.

For event pages, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, including dates, locations, prices, availability, schedules, organisers, performers, ticket information, refund terms, and cancellation information.

“User Content” means any text, images, photographs, artwork, audio, video, music, logos, links, event information, descriptions, or other material submitted or uploaded by you.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By uploading or publishing User Content on the Platform, you grant LISINTO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, format, modify, and technically process that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform and your published page.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, licences, and consents necessary for us to process and display your User Content.

You must only upload or publish music, artwork, photographs, videos, logos, or other intellectual property that you own or are authorised to use.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from rights holders, including where applicable:

• Artists
• Songwriters
• Producers
• Labels
• Publishers
• Photographers
• Event performers
• Venue owners
• Trademark owners
• Other applicable rights holders

LISINTO does not claim ownership of music or other intellectual property uploaded by users.

We may remove content where we receive a valid intellectual-property complaint or reasonably believe that content infringes another person’s rights.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Commit or facilitate fraud.
• Impersonate another person, artist, organisation, or business.
• Publish misleading or deceptive information.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Promote unlawful activities.
• Promote scams or fraudulent investment opportunities.
• Distribute content that violates applicable laws.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Publish another person’s private or confidential information without authorisation.
• Abuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform.
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract Platform data without permission.
• Create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.

We may remove or restrict content and accounts that violate these Terms.

Pages created through the Platform may be publicly accessible.

A user may include links to third-party websites, streaming platforms, ticketing websites, social-media platforms, payment providers, music services, or other external services.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their:

• Content
• Availability
• Security
• Privacy practices
• Products or services
• Transactions
• Policies
• Accuracy

Your interaction with third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.

LISINTO may provide tools that help users promote or organise events.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LISINTO is not the event organiser, promoter, ticket seller, performer, venue operator, or merchant responsible for the event.

The creator or organiser of an event is responsible for:

• Event accuracy.
• Ticket availability.
• Ticket pricing.
• Event delivery.
• Refunds and cancellations.
• Customer support.
• Venue arrangements.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

Where a third-party payment or ticketing provider is used, transactions may be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.

Certain Platform features may be offered for a fee.

Where applicable, prices, billing periods, subscription terms, and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.

You authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for purchases you make.

Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for completed services may not be refundable.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the Platform will always be:

• Available.
• Uninterrupted.
• Error-free.
• Secure.
• Free from bugs.
• Free from temporary outages.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, technical issues, upgrades, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account is involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• The account creates a security or operational risk.
• The account infringes another person’s rights.
• The account is being abused.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that accrued before termination.

We may remove, restrict, disable, or modify access to User Content where reasonably necessary because of:

• Legal requirements.
• Intellectual-property complaints.
• Security concerns.
• Fraud prevention.
• Violations of these Terms.
• Abuse of the Platform.
• Requests from competent authorities.

Where reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected user.

The Platform and its original components, including software, branding, logos, visual designs, interfaces, trademarks, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to LISINTO.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without our written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or feedback regarding the Platform, you grant us permission to use that feedback without compensation or restriction for improving our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of User Content.
• The success of an artist, event, campaign, or promotional activity.
• The number of visitors, followers, streams, ticket sales, or conversions generated through the Platform.
• The uninterrupted availability of external services.
• The accuracy or reliability of third-party content.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information published by other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LISINTO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

• User Content.
• Third-party services.
• Event cancellations or changes.
• Third-party payment transactions.
• Unauthorised account access caused by failure to protect credentials.
• External websites.
• Internet or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LISINTO, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.
• Your unlawful use of the Platform.
• Your events, promotions, products, or services.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and process personal information.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we may provide reasonable notice through the Platform or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be handled by the courts or other competent dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction under applicable Nigerian law.
